My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a nice view overlooking the bay, but they could use an upgrade. Despite numerous requests for cleaning that were promised but never fulfilled, the overall room experience was decent.

On the upside, the bedding was clean and cozy. Parking was a hassle, and the staff's responsiveness could have been better. The location turned out to be convenient for accessing nearby attractions, making it easier to explore the city.

I absolutely loved the hotel's location near Little Italy and the vibrant Gaslamp Quarter, providing easy access to various attractions and dining options.
